This is a five-storey office building, designed with the usage of glued timber and steel, which follows from the modern world concept of eco-construction. It aims to reduce the proportion of steel and concrete in construction and thus reduce CO2 emissions.

Four floors of the building are reserved for open-plan offices, and the ground floor is for a lobby and a clothing store. An interesting feature is its internal structure - a full timber supporting frame - walls, floors and columns.

The building harmoniously blended into the building system without disturbing the existing infrastructure. Glass facades with wooden ceilings look spacious and cozy in the evening light.
